After nearly 4 long, long years it has happened we have a baby 👶
On November 15th of 2022 little baby, Luca arrived. 3 weeks earlier than the predicted date by the doctors.
People tell you it’s the most magical thing to happen when your child is born. It’s true words can’t describe the feelings you have when you hold your baby for the first time.
The journey we had was brutal, and mentally taxing on me and the wife. The amount of setbacks and problems that happened throughout was crazy.
Even now with the little guy born we are still having setbacks and issues. We both knew this was not going to be an easy journey.
We are lucky that we have an excellent support network around us through our parents and expert help through nurses, doctors and counsellors. This support has truly been a luge saviour for us. If we didn’t have this I have no idea how we would be able to do this.
For now, we are in a good place. Luca is growing big and strong. Mum and dad are both sane and love being parents.
It really is the best thing to happen in our lives. The amount of love I have for him can’t be measured.
Now the true journey begins…
